We have developed a standalone product for fast response (<1ms) switching of digital outputs in response to a linear or rotational position transduced by an encoder.
The CoralCam is a small box with a HMI screen that is able to switch up to 4 cam positions in response to an input position, with fast response times.
Typically this is used for auxiliary equipment triggering on existing lines such as printers, code readers, label applicators and camera triggers but it can be used in any application where something has to switch outputs in response to a position.
We also offer bespoke electronic solutions to provide fast switching and signal conditioning solutions, including full PCB design and manufacture. These designs are both microprocessor based and legacy discrete logic gate family based. These special designs enable response times in the microsecond region for fast switching.
